Track your order

See real-time status and estimated delivery time

After you place an order, you can track it from the app or website.

Where to find tracking

  • In the app: Open the Orders tab and tap your active order.
  • On the web: Go to Account → Orders and click the order.

You’ll see the current status and an estimated delivery or pickup time.

Order statuses

  • Confirmed – Restaurant has accepted your order.
  • Preparing – Your food is being made.
  • Ready for pickup / On the way – Out for delivery or waiting for you.
  • Delivered / Picked up – Order complete.

Delivery tracking

For delivery orders, you can see the courier’s location on the map and get notifications when they’re close.

Issues with your order

If something’s wrong (late, missing items, cold food), use Help on the order page or contact support so we can make it right.
