Modify or cancel an order

Change items, address, or cancel before it's prepared

You can change or cancel an order during a short window after placing it.

When you can make changes

  • Before the restaurant confirms – You can usually edit items or cancel with a full refund.
  • After confirmation – Options depend on the restaurant. Use Modify or Cancel on the order page if available.

How to cancel

  1. Open the order from Orders in the app or website.
  2. Tap or click Cancel order.
  3. Confirm cancellation.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to modify

If Modify order is shown:

  1. Open the order.
  2. Tap Modify order.
  3. Add or remove items (or change delivery details if allowed).
  4. Confirm. You may see a new total and updated delivery time.

Can’t modify or cancel?

If the button is missing, the restaurant has already started preparing your order. For issues, contact support.
